The weather is warming and the sun is shining, that means it's rosé time! This drink mixes rosé with peach and raspberry flavours for the perfect spring cocktail. Check out the full recipe below:
In a shaker with ice, add the following ingredients:
1.5 oz Gin
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
1 tbs Peach & Raspberry Jam
Rim a glass with Cocktail Companions "Pretty In Pink" rimmer then fill with ice
Pour drink from shaker over ice
Add 1 oz Rosé
Top with Soda Water
Garnish with Cocktail Companions Raspberries

In terms of finishing, the link bezel (the outer bezel that is) features a radial brushing which Baltic refers to as a tourbillon shape. Additionally, the bezel surface is polished along its edges. Its flat construction provides a sturdier look, and the radial brushing is link an intriguing touch I've link not seen before on a watch.
The 116515 was first released at Baselworld in 2011. With link its ceramic link bezel, it had the whole world wondering, "will we ever get one in steel?" And of course, we did, in 2016. Now that most of the Daytona line features ceramic, these early gold pieces feel that much more link significant. I, for one, would love to own a rose gold Daytona with a practically un-scratch-able bezel, almost as much as I'd love to be a HOF baseball player.
