Pomegranate Honey Gin Sour

Pomegranate and honey give this cocktail holiday vibes while the lime juice and egg white keeps things classic and smooth.


Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Gin

  • 3/4 oz Pomegranate juice

  • 3/4 oz Lime juice

  • 1/2 oz Honey

  • One egg white

Directions:

  1. Add the following ingredients to a shaker:

    1. Gin

    2. Pomegranate juice

    3. Lime juice

    4. Honey

    5. Egg white

  2. Shake for approximately 10 seconds

  3. Add ice and shake again for 15 seconds

  4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass

  5. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon slice

  6. Enjoy!

Emeril's the restaurant is 32 years old. In the midst of the pandemic, when it was shut down, it celebrated its 30th year in existence. To mark the link occasion, Emeril received this Submariner from Alden and EJ. The color link perfectly matches the signature green tone of link the restaurant.
