Plum Bourbon Smash

Not only is this cocktail a beautiful, its delicious! Plum, lime, and angostura bitters combine to create a refreshing yet rich flavour.
Ingredients:
2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Simple syrup
3oz Fresh Plum (diced)
Angostura bitters
Soda Water
Directions:
Add the following to a shaker:
Lime juice
Simple syrup
Plum
Angostura bitters
Muddle
Add bourbon and ice
Shake
Strain over ice
Add a splash of soda water
Garnish with a plum slice and dehydrated lime slice
